University of Strathclyde
We have developed a unique partnership with the Strathclyde Business School and the Centre for Lifelong Learning at the University of Strathclyde which helps people from disadvantaged backgrounds into higher education.
Each year we have an opportunity for 15 members of staff to join a one-year access course, whilst continuing to work in the business, providing them with an accepted entry qualification for an undergraduate degree. A further five people also have the chance to sign up to take part in a degree.
Paul Richards, Co-founder and Chief Executive of Together Energy, said: “We want to have fully-enriched people working with us and university gives them the opportunity to develop and add to their life experience.
“It’s a significant investment, but we think it’s the right thing to do. They’ll also develop expertise they didn’t know they had, and it gives them the discipline of being in a learning environment.”

It was a real delight dealing with Ceara today, and she epitomises the best aspects of using Together Energy. She has even sent me an email confirming that she has already actioned what we agreed in our discussion on the phone.
