A brand-new role you’ll build your own team and take ownership of the full breadth of our telesales capabilities across customer acquisition, renewals, win-back teams and outsourced telesales partners.

We will expect you to grow our sales, retention and win-back capabilities as the Head of Telesales and deliver customer targets across the Together Energy and Bristol Energy brands.
This position will support our plans for growth and will work collaboratively with our other sales channels and the rest of the business.
Main duties will include:
Build our internal telesales capability to cover customer acquisition, renewals, retention and win back
Management and development of outsourced telesales partners ensuring a focus on quality and compliant sales
Management of circa 120 FTE, across multiple sites
Inbound and outbound lead management
Delivery of the telesales plan and customer growth targets across acquisition and renewals
Development of systems and processes to optimise customer and user experience with the objective of maximising conversions
Continuous coaching and development of telesales agents and team leaders

What we’re looking for

This role requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a high-volume B2C telesales function and outsourced partners. Demonstrable evidence of team building, process and systems development, high volume data management, customer acquisition and retention management plus leadership of large-scale sales teams, delivering sales targets and KPIs.
A background in a multi-brand / multi-site environment or the energy / utility sector would be great but crucially we’re looking for a sales leader who can get the best out of a high volume B2C telesales function. If people management, coaching, leadership, communication, and data analysis are second nature to you; you could be the person we’re looking for.
