Citizens Advice has ranked Together Energy the 20th top UK energy supplier for customer service in its latest quarterly Star Rating survey.
The latest figures for January to March 2021 position Together Energy with a 2.9 star rating ahead of SSE, E.ON Energy, and Peoples Energy out of the 34 energy companies questioned.
The independent data analytics examine response times, billing, ease of switching and complaints, to provide an overall rating.
Gavin Baillie, Together Energy’s Director of Regulation & Consumer Vulnerability, said, “Customer service is an ongoing daily commitment throughout the business and the pandemic has been particularly challenging for customers and suppliers alike. However, we continue to make significant investment in training and infrastructure to drive improvement.”
